Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in original packaging

• Return requests must be made within 14 days

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
